2 eggs lightly beaten

2 Tbl milk
|
| |
½ C grated Parmesan cheese

2 Tbl olive oil

4 garlic cloves, minced

4 pork chops
|

1 C Italian bread crumbs

| |
Salt and pepper
|

Instructions |
|
|
|
Preheat oven to 325ºF.
In one bowl, beat eggs and milk.
In another bowl, mix bread crumbs, cheese, salt and pepper
|

Heat olive oil in a large skillet and stir in garlic. Cook until until garlic is slightly browned. Remove from heat.
|
|
|
|
Dredge the pork chops in the bread crumb mix, the dip in egg mixture. Put in skillet, and brown at 5 minutes per side.
|
|
|
|
Bake in oven for 25 minutes
|
