     Mongolian Egg Rolls

Ingredients
1 cup of shredded cabbage
1/2 cup shredded carrots
1 tablespoon of soy sauce
salt and pepper to tast
25 - 30 egg roll wrappers
egg whites to seal wrappers
Enough oil to deep fry in
 

Instructions
Mix cabbage, carrots, soy, salt and pepper.
Add one to three tablespoons of mixture to one wrapper and roll. Seal the ends with egg whites.
Deep fry in hot oil in a 400 degree fryer until golden brown.
