     Country Scalloped Potatoes

Ingredients
1 can (10 oz) Cream of Celery Soup
1 can Chicken Gravy (I like Campbell's)
1 cup (8 oz) Milk
5 medium Baking Potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced
1 small Onion, thinly sliced
2-1/2 cups Cooked Ham, diced
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
 

Instructions
STIR soup, gravy, and milk in bowl.
LAYER half the potatoes, onion, ham and soup mixture in a 13x9 inch shallow baking dish. Repeat layers and cover.
BAKE covered at 375°F for 40 min. Uncover and bake for another 25 min.
TOP with cheese, bake 5 min or until potatoes are tender and cheese melts. Let stand 10 min prior to enjoying!
