Melt Oleo, Oil, Cocoa and Water. Boil. Sift Sugar and Flour in lrg bowl. Add hot cocoa mixture and beat smooth. Add Buttermilk, eggs and Vanilla. Mix well. Cook 325 degree oven 40 minutes.
ICING- Melt 1/4 lb Oleo, Add 2-1/2 Tbsp Cocoa, 6 Tbsp Milk, 1 lb Powdered Sugar, 1 tsp Vanilla and 1 C nuts. Beat well and add to hot cake.
All ingredients should be hot.
