Put oatmean, oleo, and boiling water in seperate bowl. Mix and set aside. Mix remaining ingredients together. Add oatmeal mixture and flour mixture. Mix well. Pour in 9x13 well greased pan. Bake 35-40 minutes at 400 degrees.
Ice with Coconut-Pecan Icing.
