     Tator Casserole

Ingredients
4 cups tator tots
1 lb. ground beef
16 oz. frozen chopped broccoli, thawed
1 can cream of broccoli soup
1 medium tomato, chopped
1 can french-fried onions, divided
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/3 cup milk
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
 
1/8 tsp. pepper

Instructions
Place tator tots in ungreased 13x9 baking dish. Bake at 400 F for 10 minutes. Meanwhile, in a large skillet, cook beef over medium heat, until no longer pink; drain. Stir in broccoli, soup, tomato, french-fried onions, 1/2 cup cheese, milk, garlic powder & pepper. Heat through. Pour over tots.
Cover and bake for 20 minutes. Uncover; sprinkle with remaining cheese and onions. Bake 5-10 minutes longer until cheese is melted.
