     Baked Macaroni & cheese

Ingredients
2 1/2 cups uncooked elbow macaroni
1/4 cup butter, cubed
1 can evaporated milk
3 eggs, lightly beaten
5 slices American cheese, chopped
1 cup sour cream
3/4 cup Cheese whiz
3/4 tsp. onion powder
1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
 
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions
Cook the macaroni as directed to the package directions. Meanwhile, in a large saucepan, melt butter. Stir in milk, eggs, cheese slices, sour cream, cheese sauce & seasonings. Cook and stir over medium heat for 3-4 minutes or until cheeses are melted. Drain macaroni, toss with 2 cups of cheddar cheese.
Transfer to 13x9 baking dish sprayed with non-stick spray. Add sauce mixture and mix well. Sprinkle with remaining cheddar cheese. Bake, uncovered, at 350 F for 35-40 minutes or until golden brown and bubbly.
