Category   Desserts - Breads
Sub Category   None

Ingredients
1 or 2 packages of yeast
1/2 cup warm water (not hot)
1/2 cup melted butter
1/2 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 tablespoon salt
1 1/2 cups warm milk
6 cups flour

Instructions
Dissolve yeast in warm water and set aside.
Mix melted butter, sugar, eggs, salt and warm milk. Mix in yeast mixture then knead for a few minutes. If needed, add a little flour to make a workable, soft dough. Place in a greased bowl, cover and let right about 2 hours. Punch down.
Melt 1/2 stick butter in large Pyrex baking dish. Pinch off dough, roll in to large balls and place in Pyrex dish. Turn each roll over in butter. Cover and let rise about 2 hours.
Bake at 400 degrees for about 20 minutes.
