Mix melted butter, sugar, eggs, salt and warm milk. Mix in yeast mixture then knead for a few minutes. If needed, add a little flour to make a workable, soft dough. Place in a greased bowl, cover and let right about 2 hours.
Punch down.
Melt 1/2 stick butter in large Pyrex baking dish. Pinch off dough, roll in to large balls and place in Pyrex dish. Turn each roll over in butter.
Cover and let rise about 2 hours.
Bake at 400 degrees for about 20 minutes.
