     Yeast Rolls

Ingredients
4 1/2 cups flour
3 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
2 packages or 2 tablespoons yeast
1 1/4 cups buttermilk
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup butter
 

Instructions
Combine 2 cups flour, sugar, baking soda, salt and yeast in large mixing bowl. Set aside. Combine buttermilk, water and 1/2 cup butter in glass measuring cup and microwave 2 1/2 minutes. Stir.
While mixing flour mixture slowly add liquid. Beat for 4 minutes then add remaining flour. Use dough hook and knead for 8 minutes. Place in greased bowl cover and let rise for 30 minutes in a warm place.
Grease a Pyrex baking dish and make 1 1/2 inch balls. Cover with plastic wrap that has been lightly coated in non-stick spray. Let rise for 30 minutes.
Bake at 400 degrees for 15 - 20 minutes.
