Cook chili- Brown all meat and drain.
Add onion, soup mix, garlic powder, chili pepper and cook for 20 minutes.
Depending on thickness preference, add beef broth and cornstarch.
Cook rice- Bring 4 cups water to a boil.
Add bouillon cube and rice. Return to a boil, cover and cook on simmer for 40 minutes.
Set covered for 10 minutes.

Suggestions
Place chili, rice and other ingredients in serving bowls for each to build their own stacked chili.
