3 whole chicken breasts, boiled and deboned
|

1 stick butter, melted
|
|
1 cup sour cream
|
|
1 can cream of chicken soup
|
|
1 cup chicken broth
|
|
1/2 box butter crackers, divided
|
|
Parsley (optional)
|
|
Mushrooms (optional)
|
|
Olives (optional)

Instructions |
|
|
Crumble half of the crackers in a 9 x 13 baking dish. Sprinkle half of the melted butter on top of the crackers.
|
|
|
Mix chicken, sour cream, soup and broth. Pour over crackers in baking dish.
|
|
|
Top with remaining crushed crackers and melted butter.
|
|
|
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
