     Russian Cream

Ingredients
1 packet unflavored gelatin
2 cups heavy whipping cream
1 cup sugar
2 cups sour cream
1 teaspoon vanilla
 

Instructions
Soften gelatin in whipping cream for 5 - 10 minutes. Stir in sugar with a wire whip. Heat and stir until all is dissolved (conventional or microwave) - do not boil.
When mixture is cool, blend in sour cream and vanilla.
Pour into a jello mold or 8 x 8 baking dish and chill.
Serving Suggestions
Top with cherry or blueberry pie filling when serving.
