     Eclair Dessert

Ingredients
1 box graham crackers
1 large box French vanilla pudding
1 small box French vanilla pudding
4 cups milk
12 oz. Cool Whip
6 tablespoons cocoa powder
2 teaspoons Karo
2 teaspoon vanilla
3 tablespoons butter, melted
 
1/4 cup milk or cream
1 1/2 cup powdered sugar

Instructions
Mix pudding with milk. Fold Cool Whip into mixture.
Layer graham crackers into a greased 9 x 13 baking dish. Top with half of the pudding mixture. Add another layer of graham crackers, pudding and graham crackers.
Cover and set for 2 hours in the refrigerator.
Mix cocoa powder, Karo, vanilla, butter, milk or cream and 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar. Top dessert with icing and chill overnight.
