     Custard with Lemon Verbana

Ingredients
3/4 pt milk
3 sprigs lemon verbana
2 eggs
1 T sugar
 

Instructions
put milk and lemon verbana in pan and bring to boil. remove from heat and infuse 15 min. Mix eggs and sugar and pour into strained milk. put all in baking dish.
place dish into another dish with water that goes halfway up sides. cook at 350 until set about 45 min to 1 hour.
