Brown the meat with the taco mix, then add the salsa and simmer. Line a 9x13 pan with tortillas (cut in half so they are easier to arrange). Spread on a thin layer of sour cream, then half of the cooked meat, then a layer of shredded cheese; repeat these layers one more time. bake for 30 min at 350F.
