Line a medium-sized glass or metal bowl with plastic wrap making sure to leave enough plastic over the edges to cover the finished mold.

Place the first 4 ingredients in the bowl of a food processor and pulse on low to combine. Transfer the shrimp mixture to the plastic-lined bowl and flatten with a spatula to form the shape of the bowl. Fold in all sides of the plastic wrap to cover the top of the mold. Refrigerate overnight.

To serve, open the plastic wrap and unmold onto a serving platter. Cover the entire mold with cocktail sauce and line the outside with water crackers. Serve immediately.

Serving suggestion- make home-made cocktail sauce by combining 1 to 1 1/2 cups ketchup with horseradish, pepper and hot sauce to taste.
