mix sugar, milk and cocoa and let stand a few minutes. start on real low heat so sugar dissolves, stirring often. once it reaches boiling, allow to boil 12-15 minutes. test in cold water starting around 10 minutes.
remove from heat, stir in marshmallow, peanut butter and vanilla and beat. pour in lightly buttered pan. (9x13)
