Stir fry peppers and onions. Combine in bowl with corn, romain,
black beans, and salsa. Let sit briefly in refrigerator.
Pan sear steak until medium-well. Chop into small pieces. Combine
with other ingredients. Top with sour cream and guacamole. Add
hot sauce to taste if desired.
