Stir in gently 1 egg and 1 tsp lemon rind. Spread 1/2 mix
into 9 inch pan and spread with preserves and top with
remaining crumbs. Bake until light brown. 375 25-30 min
Before adding egg remove crumbs for top. Dough is soft...might want to use only the
yolk. Sprinkled toasted sliced almonds on top
