Mix yellow cake mix, 1 egg, and 1 stick oleo and press into cake pan. Beat together cream cheese, 2 eggs, and powdered sugar and pour on top of cake mixture. Cook 350 degrees 40 minutes. Watch last 5 minutes. Sprinkle with Powdered Sugar.
