Ingredients
1 C Oleo
1-1/2 C Sugar
2 Eggs
2-3/4 C Flour
1 tsp Baking Soda
2 tsp Cream of Tartar
1/4 tsp Salt
 

Instructions
Sift flour, baking soda, cream of tartar, and salt together. Roll into balls size of small walnuts. Roll in mixture of 2 Tbsp Sugar and 2 tsp. Cinnamon. Place 2inch apart on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake until very lightly browned but still soft. About 7 minutes at 350 degrees.
