     Classic Cheese Manicotti

Ingredients
8 oz Large Manicotti
2 cups marinara sauce
3 cups (24 oz) ricotta cheese
1 cup (4 oz) shredded mozzarella cheese
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons parsley flakes
1 teaspoon dried basil
1/4 teaspoon salt
 

Instructions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. Prepare pasta according to package instructions.
Pour 1 cup sauce over bottom of 13x9 inch glass baking dish. For filling, combine remaining ingredients and mix well. Carefully fill each manicotti, do not over-fill.
Cover tightly; bake 30-35 minutes.
Uncover; sprinkle with additional mozzarella cheese, if desired. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
Serving Suggestions
Serve with peas!
