Now boil 2 cups water and as soon as it starts to boil you add it to the jello powder, stir as per the instructions then add 2 cups chilled vodka and stir.
After that pour the mixture into the portion cups and place in your refrigerator until firm (about 4 hours) and then put lids on them.
this will make about 20-22 jello shots
