     Mexican Cornbread

Ingredients
1/2 lb Ground Beef
1 sm Onion, chopped
3 Jalapeno Peppers, sliced
2 sm Bell Pepper, chopped
1 lrg can Cream Style Corn
1 C Cheddar Cheese, shredded
 

Instructions
Cook Ground Beef half done and drain. Add Peppers and Onions. Cook until soft. Add Corn and mix well. Put 1/2 cornbread mixture in greased pan. Layer ground beef mixture, Jalapeno Peppers and Cheese. Cover with other 1/2 cornbread mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
