Combine first 5 ingredients in a large saucepan; cover and cook till tender. Melt Oleo over low heat, add Flour, stirring until smooth. Cook 1 minute, stirring constantly. Gradually stir in Milk; cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until thickened and bubbly. Gradually stir vegetable mixture, Soy Sauce, Cheese and Chicken. Cook until Cheese melts and mixture is thoroughly heated.
