In butter, sauté Celery, Onions and Green Pepper until vegetables are soft. Add Flour and mix until smooth. Add hot Milk, Clams and Clam Juice. Cook for 10 minutes. Add Potatoes, Thyme, Salt and Pepper. Mix and simmer on low heat for a few minutes.
