Lightly salt and pepper Chicken; sauté in oil until slightly brown. Boil 4 C Water and put browned Chicken in water. Turn heat down and cook 30-40 minutes until done. Take Chicken out and cool; when cool, cut into bite-sized pieces. Do not throw away the juice the Chicken was cooked in. Sauté Onion and Green Pepper. Add all seasonings, Onions and Bell Pepper, can of Chicken Broth, Chicken and Sausage to broth Chicken was cooked in. Heat Broth and meat mixture to boiling; add 2 C Rice and simmer about 15 minutes or until Rice is done.
