2 lbs. coarse ground beef, cooked and drained

1/4 lb. buter
|

1 C. four
|
|
2 C. celery, chopped
|

1 C. carrots, chopped
|

1 C. onion, chopped
|

7 C. water, including water veggies parboiled in

|
2 pkgs. frozen mixed vegetables
|
|
1 can tomatoes
|
|
|
|
1 bottle B-V Wilson's Beefer Upper
|
|
Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions |
|
|
Brown ground beef, drain. Add butter. Stir in flour, stir until smooth.
|
|
|
Parboil celery, carrots and onion, save water.
|
|
|
Put meat and all ingredients, including parboiled vegetables, into large pot on stove, let simmer all day.
