3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, diced

1 can (14.5 oz.) tomaotes with green pepper & onion

1 T. chili powder

2 small cans black beans

1 can (15 oz.) corn

1/4 C. cilantro

Instructions |

|
Cook chicken over medium heat for 5 minutes, until chicken browned.
|

Add tomatoes and chili powder, cook until sauce slightly thickened.
|
|

Add beans, corn and cilantro, simmer 5-7 minutes. Make sure chicken is cooked through.
