2 large sweet potatoes

1/2 stick butter, softened
|
|
1/4 C. light brown sugar
|
|
1/4 C. flour
|
|
1/8 t. cinnamon

1/4 t. salt
|

1/3 C. toasted pecan pieces

mini marshmallows
|

Instructions |

|
Cook potatoes whole, break open after slightly cooled.
|
|
|
Mix all ingredients except pecans and marshmallows, spoon into open potatoes.
|
|
|
Top with pecans and marshmallows, bake at 400 for 20 minutes. Cut each potato in half, serve.
