     Almond Pound Cake

Ingredients
1 1/2 C butter, softened
3 C Sugar
1 1/2 tsp Vanilla
3 C Flour
1 - 8 oz Cream Cheese, softened
6 Eggs
1 bottle Almond Extract
1/8 tsp Salt
 

Instructions
Beat Butter and Cream Cheese 2 minutes. Add Sugar. Add Eggs, one at a time. Add Vanilla and Almond. Mix well. Add Flour and Salt gradually. Pour into a greased and floured 10 inch Bundt pan
Bake at 350 for 1 1/2 hours. Place 2 cups of water in a Pyrex measuring cup in the oven to keep the cake moist while it bakes.
