Ingredients
1 lb Lean ground beef
2 - 6 oz cans Tomato Paste
dash of Bay Leaves
1 Tbsp dried Basil Leaves, crushed
8 oz Lasagna Noodles, 10 pieces
3 C fresh Cottage Cheese
1/2 C Parmesan Cheese, grated
1/2 tsp Pepper
1 - 16 oz can tomatoes, cut-up (I usually buy italian style)
 
dash of Oregano
1 clove Garlic, minced
2 beaten Eggs
2 Tbsp dried Parsley Flakes
1 lb Mozzarella Cheese, sliced

Instructions
For meat sauce- brown Meat slowly- drain. I add a chopped Onion to my meat when I am browning it. Add the next six ingredients and 1-1/2 tsp Salt. Simmer uncovered for 30 minutes; stir occasionally. Meanwhile, cook Noodles in boiling, salted and buttered water till tender; drain.
For Cottage Cheese filling- blend Eggs, 1 tsp. Salt and remaining ingredients except Mozzarella.
To assemble- layer half the Noodles in a 13x9x2 baking dish. Spread with half the Cottage Cheese filling, half the Mozzarella, and half the meat sauce. Repeat.
Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes
