     Apricot Jello Salad

Ingredients
6 oz box Apricot Jello
1 lrg can Crushed Pineapple, drained but save juice
2 C Buttermilk
1/2 C Pecans, chopped
6-8 Tbsp Cool Whip
 

Instructions
Drain pineapple; heat juice to boiling. Pour over jello and dissolve thoroughly. Add pineapple and nuts, then add buttermilk. Stir well; let cool for about 30 minutes, and fold in Cool Whip. Pour into container and chill in refrigerator till firm (several hours).
