     Pasta con tomates cherry

Ingredients
250 grm de spaghetti
1 lb tomates cherry - partidos por la mitad
2 cucharadas de aceite de oliva
2 dientes de ajo
2 cucharadas de vinagre balsamico
1/4 de cucharita de azucar
pimienta roja (aji en escamas) al gusto
sal - al gusto
5 cucharadas de pinones
 
5 hojas de albaca picado estilo chifonade
Instructions
Cocinar la pasta hasta que quede al dente.
Calentar aceite de oliva y dos ajos en tajadas freír hasta que quede tierno
Agregar los tomates - sofreir 4 - 5 minutos. Agregar vinagre balsamico, azucar, sal y pimienta roja. Aparte en un sarten dorar los pinones.
Servir la pasta junto con la salsa y decorar con los pinones y el albaca.
