Preheat oven to 350.
Sauteed onion in butter until almost done, add green chillis cook for about 5 minutes.

Then combine cream cheese until melted, remove from heat. Shred chicken and combine onion mixture with chicken in bowl. add sour cream.

In a 8x10 dish pour half of the whipping cream into bottom of pan. then fill tortillas with mixture and cheese before you roll.Roll all Enchiladas. Then place in pan and then pour rest of whipping cream all over the enchiladas and cover with rest of cheese.

Bake for 30 to 45 minutes, until golden.
