     Moist Bread Stuffing

Ingredients
1 cup butter
2 cup diced celery
1 1/2 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup minced parsley
2 1/4 tsp salt
2 tsp poultry seasoning
1/2 tsp pepper
18 cup bread cubes
3 eggs, slightly beaten
 

Instructions
In Dutch oven over medium heat add hot butter and cook celery and onions for about 10 min. Add parsley, salt, poultry seasoning, and pepper. Stir well. Stir in bread cubes and eggs.
