     Buttermilk Cheese Rolls

Ingredients
2 C minus 1 Tbsp All-purpose Flour
1 Tbsp plus 2 tsp Baking Powder
1/2 tsp Baking Soda
Pinch of Salt
6 Tbsp chilled stick Margarine
1 C (1.5 percent) Buttermilk
1-1/2 oz sharp Cheddar Cheese, grated (about 1/2 C)
2 Tbsp Margarine
1/4 tsp Garlic Powder
 

Instructions
Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Line baking sheet with parchment or wax paper; spray with nonstick cooking spray
Sift together first 4 ingredients. Add 6 Tbsp margarine and blend with pastry cutter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Add buttermilk and cheese; combine with fork, handling dough as little as possible. Drop by spoonfuls onto prepared baking sheet; bake until lightly browned, 8-10 minutes
While biscuits are baking, melt 2 Tbsp margarine and stir in garlic powder
When biscuits are done, remove from oven and brush margarine mixture evenly over warm biscuits. Remove from baking sheet and serve immediately
