Ingredients
1 lrg jar Picante Sauce (medium or hot)
2 cans (16 oz) Black-eyed Peas, drained
1 can (16 oz) White Hominy, drained
1 C Green Bell Pepper, diced
1 C White Onion, chopped
1 C Fresh Tomato, chopped
1/2 C Cilantro, finely chopped
1/4 C Jalapeno Peppers, chopped (optional)
1 C Green Onions, chopped (include green tops)
 
1 Tbsp Sugar
1 Tbsp Salt
2 Tbsp Coarsely Ground Blake Pepper
2 Tbsp Ground Cumin

Instructions
Mix all the ingredients and let marinate in the refrigerator for at least 24 hours before serving.
