     Mushrooms and onions In English Sauce

Ingredients
2 packs. (8 oz) Baby portabella mushrooms sliced
2 Large yellow onions cut in half and sliced
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 tablespoons E.V. olive oil
pinch of cayenne pepper to taste
garlic powder
salt to taste
Worcestershire Sauce
 

Instructions
Mushrooms, Wash,rinse and set aside.
Sautee onions until they begin to get a little soft.
Add mushrooms, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Sautee just a little bit more.
Add several splashes of Worcestershire sauce to taste, and enjoy!
Serving Suggestions
Try this delicious side dish with chicken breasts, Beef, pork, shrimp, fish etc. or as a vegetarian side. Also great with crackers as a appetizer!
