Combine potatoes, water, bouillon in soup pot. Cook, covered until tender. Add oleo, cheese, sour cream, garlic, parsley, salt and pepper. Mix well. Heat until cheese melts. You can fry bacon and put on top. (add cheese, spice, bouillon to taste)
