     Italian Roasted Chicken and Potatoes

Ingredients
1 roasting Chicken
3 lbs Potatoes
6 cloves Garlic, peeled and crushed
2 Tbsp Rosemary
1 Tbsp Italian Seasoning
1 med. Onion, sliced
1/2 tsp ea- Onion Powder, Garlic Powder, Season Salt and Pepper
1 Tbsp Olive Oil
 

Instructions
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Wash Chicken inside and out and drain. Put in large, greased roasting pan. Insert cloves of Garlic and 1 Tbsp Rosemary into cavity of Chicken.
Peel and cut Potatoes into 2inch chunks. Put into large bowl with onion, oil, 1 Tbsp. Rosemary, 1 Tbsp Italian Seasoning, Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, and Season Salt. Mix thoroughly. Arrange Potatoes around chick in pan. Cook at 325 degrees for approximately 2 hours till done, turn potatoes every 20 minutes or so.
