     French Dip Sandwiches

Ingredients
3 to 4 lb chuck roast or pot roast
1 can beef consomme, in canned soup section
1 can water
1 dry package Au Jus
1 dry package Good Seasons brand Italian dressing
Hoagie buns
Provalone or swiss cheese
 
Instructions
Mix consomme, water, au jus, Italian dressing and pour over roast in crock pot. Cook on low for 7 to 8 hours or on high for 3 to 4 hours.
