Preheat oven to 300F.
Line a silicon round dish with 2 layers of baking paper.

In a large bowl mix well flour, baking powder, eggs and sugar.
Buy all glace fruits and nuts measured from a nut shop. Hit nuts with rolling pin to break up. Add to flour mix and stir till all covered.

Put mix in prepared silicon round pan. Press mixture down firmly with hands and straight sided jar.

|
Bake in oven for 1.5 hours. Test with skewer and if it comes out clean it is ready. Remove from oven and drizzle Grand Marnier / Cointreau over the top. Leave cake out to cool, cover with tea towel. When cool wrap it, pan and all in aliminum foil and refrigerate overnight.
