Ingredients
200g plain flour
10g dried yeast
400ml luke warm milk / 300ml warm milk - 2 eggs
3g salt
butter
 

Instructions
To the flour add yeast, salt and liquid. Mix well and stand covered for 1 hour in a warm place.
Cook in a special poffertjes pan. Turning using a fork or bamboo skewer.
Serving Suggestions
Dust with icing sugar and dobs of salted butter.
