     Great Auntie Jean's Chocolate Cake

Ingredients
1 cup self raising flour
3/4 cup sugar
2 dessertspoons cocoa
vanilla essence
1 egg beaten
2 tablespoons melted butter
3/4 cup milk
optional extra - chocolate chips / walnuts / orange rind etc.
 
Instructions
Place all ingredients in a bowl and stir with a wooden spoon until all combined.
OVEN 180c for 30-35 minutes - MICROWAVE 4.5 min (1000w high)- rest for 5 minutes or cupcakes 90 seconds
Serving Suggestions
Decorate with icing
