     Coconut Caramel Pie

Ingredients
1/4 c. margarine
1/2 c. pecans
1 can Eagle Brand
(12 oz.) jar caramel ice cream topping
2 graham cracker crusts
1 (7oz.) pkg. coconut flakes
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 (16 oz.) cool whip
 

Instructions
Melt margarine in skillet. Add coconut and chopped pecans. Cook until brown.. can burn in a hurry.
Combine softened cream cheese and eagle brand. Beat until smooth. Fold in cool whip.
Layer in crust- cream cheese mixture, caramel topping, coconut/pecan mixture, repeat.
Store in the freezer until 5 mins. before serving; cut and enjoy.
