     Chicken Pot Pie

Ingredients
1-1/2 C Butter
3 Celery Ribs
1(49 oz) can Chicken Broth
8 C Cooked Chicken
1 Tbsp Salt
3/4 tsp Poultry Seasoning
1 lrg Onion, chopped
1-1/2 C Flour
1-1/2 C Milk
 
4 C mixed Veggies
1/2 Tbsp Pepper
1 tsp. Hot Sauce

Instructions
Melt butter, add onion and celery and sauté till tender. Add flour, stir constantly 2 minutes. Stir in broth and milk stirring constantly. Bring to boil and cook till thickened. Add chicken and vegetables.
Cover with pie crusts and bake. Serves 25
