     Bread Pudding with Whiskey Sauce

Ingredients
Bread Pudding
1 Loaf of day old french bread
6 Eggs
1 Cup of sugar
2 Tablespoons cinnamon
3 Cups milk
2 Tablespoons vanilla
1 Cup raisins
3/4 Cup melted butter
 
Whiskey Sauce
2 Eggs
1/2 Lb butter COLD
2 Tablespoons whiskey or more

Instructions
Bread Pudding Pour milk over cubed bread and let stand for 5 minutes. Add eggs & milk.Add sugar, vanilla, cinnamon, raisins and 1/4 cup butter. With remaining butter grease a pan and drissle excess butter on top of mix. Bake at 325 for 25-30 minutes.
Whiskey Sauce Mix eggs and sugar together. Heat in double boiler until sugar dissolves and it produces ribbons when mixed. Take off heat and whisk in cold butter until mixed well. Add whiskey.
