     Crab dish

Ingredients
2 lb crab, shrimp, scallops or lobster, or some of each
1 T lemon juice
3 T oil (for crab)
2 T butter
2 c rice, cooked
1/4 c green pepper, minced
1/4 c onion, minced
1 t salt
1/8 t pepper
 
1/8 t mace
dash cayenne pepper
dash paprika
1 can tomato soup
1 c heavy cream
1/2 c sherry
1 c slithered almonds
optional additions- water chestnuts, pea pods, mushrooms, spinach, pimento.

Instructions
Cook seafood and place in 2 qt baking dish; cover and refrigerate overnight.
In morning, saute green pepper and onion in butter. Add to seafood with 1/2 c almonds.
Combine remaining ingredients with seafood. Place 1/2 c almonds on top.
Bake uncovered until bubbly; about 55 minutes at 350 degrees.
