     Swiss mushrooms

Ingredients
1 lb mushrooms
salt
2 T butter
1/2 c dry bread crumbs
2 oz swiss cheese, shredded
1 egg, beaten
1 t dry parsley flakes
1 t crushed dill weed
1/2 t grated lemon rind
 
2 T lemon juice

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F. Wash mushrooms and pat dry with paper towel. Remove stems and finely chop. Salt inside of caps and set aside.
Cook chopped stems in butter over medium heat for 3-4 minutes. Combine with remaining ingredients and mix well.
Fill mushroom caps with cheese mixture and place on ungreased baking sheet. Bake 5-8 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
