1 lb mushrooms
|

salt
|
|
2 T butter
|
|
1/2 c dry bread crumbs
|
|
2 oz swiss cheese, shredded
|
|
1 egg, beaten
|
|
1 t dry parsley flakes
|
|
1 t crushed dill weed
|
|
1/2 t grated lemon rind
|

Instructions |
|
|
Preheat oven to 350°F. Wash mushrooms and pat dry with paper
towel. Remove stems and finely chop. Salt inside of caps and set
aside.

Cook chopped stems in butter over medium heat for 3-4 minutes.
Combine with remaining ingredients and mix well.
|
|
|
Fill mushroom caps with cheese mixture and place on ungreased
baking sheet. Bake 5-8 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
